Andrew's goal is increasing muscle tone (hypertrophy) and strength, as well as eliminating sporadic back aches. Since working with us starting Fall 2017, he was able to increase his bench press from 165" to 260" 1 repetition maximum (1RM). His deadlift 1RM increased from 215" to 360".
But, more importantly than numbers, targeted exercise programming and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) techniques have helped his back pain to subside. |
